Dr. Deena Elsori is an Associate Professor and Chair of the General Education and Foundation Program at Rabdan Academy, Abu Dhabi, UAE. A recognized academic leader, she excels in curriculum development, faculty coordination, research mentorship, and accreditation processes. Dedicated to student success, she champions advising, soft skills initiatives, and wellness programs. Previously, she served as Associate Dean of Student Affairs at Abu Dhabi University’s College of Health Sciences, establishing the Public Health Program and pioneering a “Happiness Course.” Her research spans chronic inflammation, cardiovascular disease, public health, and higher education innovation, with publications in leading journals.
