Toni Curtis, CD(DONA), LCCE, CLC, SpBAP, SpPCE, is an internationally recognized doula, Lamaze Childbirth Education Trainer, and maternal health advocate with nearly three decades of experience. Founder of BirthWise Doula Services, she has attended over 500 births and created mentorship programs that have trained doulas and educators globally, advancing sustainable, culturally competent care. As Director of Advocacy for DONA International, Toni also chairs key DEI committees, building alliances and expanding equity in maternal health worldwide. Honored with the Excellence in Healthcare Award and inducted into Marquis Who’s Who, she blends evidence-based practice with holistic healing to transform birth experiences.
