Dr. Lakshmi Murthy, is currently working as Pro-Vice Chancellor, ITM University Raipur. Prior to this she served as CHRO for more than 10 years at ITM Group of Institutions. She has worked in HR field for last 35 years. Her vast experience in HR covers almost all the aspects viz Strategic HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Coaching and Mentoring, Learning and development and Change Management in varied industries from IT, ITES to Education Industry
