Paula Cardoso, the visionary founder of "Afrolink," is making waves by creating a digital community that celebrates African and Afro-descendant professionals in Portugal. As the author of the children's book series "Força Africana," she is passionately working to enhance black representation in Portuguese society. Her impactful journey extends beyond Afrolink; as a co-creator of “O Tal Podcast” and host of the TV magazine "Rumos," she is dedicated to enriching the cultural landscape. She serves as a European Climate Pact Ambassador and participates in the Citizens' Forum, contributing to the revitalization of Portuguese democracy. Furthermore, she is a mentor for female entrepreneurs. Originally from Mozambique, she holds a degree in International Relations and has experience in journalism. In March 2023, she was recognized by "Success Pitchers" as one of the "10 Most Inspiring Women Leaders in Social Entrepreneurship," following her inclusion in Euclid NetWork's "Top 100 Women in Social.
