Patricia Gonde is a distinguished educationist with over 34 years of experience fostering academic excellence and holistic development. As Head of Academics at Lusitania School, Harare, she champions educational equity and innovation. Founder of Heartfelt Teachers Network Global and Girls Leading Our World (GLOW), now formalized under her PVO, BRIDGE, she actively supports rural schools and ECD initiatives. A prolific author and global speaker, she has addressed over 70,000 students. Recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award in Global Education Leadership, she is inducted into the Zimbabwe National Excellence Hall of Fame and Women Changing the World Hall of Fame.
