Stephane Lenco is the Chief Information Security Officer at Thales Group, leading global cybersecurity operations across IT, OT, and Product Security. With prior experience as a developer and assistant project manager at NASA, he later held senior roles at Airbus Group in project management, IT strategy, and information security, serving as Information Security Officer for 12 years. An engineer in Aeronautics and Computer Science from Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile, Stephane focuses on cybersecurity culture and supply chain maturity. He is a two-time Global CISO 100 honoree, ENISA advisor, and global keynote speaker.
