Shanza N. Khan is a distinguished professional who serves as the Founder and Head Counselor at Eye on Ivy, a global college counseling firm. She holds an MA in Public Policy from Harvard University, where she was awarded a fully funded Dean’s Fellowship, the Jane Mansbridge Award, and the Roy Scholarship. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in Economics from Emory University at the age of nineteen.

With over 23 years of experience, Shanza has collaborated with leading development organizations, including the World Bank, ADB, the Federal Reserve Bank, Aga Khan Development Network, MicroFinance Opportunities, Overseas Development Institute, DFId, USAId, GIZ, UNICEF, and UNDP. She was also a founding member of Strategic and Policy Research Pvt. Ltd in Islamabad.

In addition, she is the CEO of AcademicQuests, an education firm dedicated to building the profiles of students applying to universities. Shanza has received multiple international awards in recognition of her outstanding contributions to education and policy.
