Sarita Patil brings over three decades of experience in strategically building content across feature films, television, and digital platforms in Hindi, English, and regional languages. She has held leadership roles at some of India’s largest production houses, including her most recent position as Vice PresIdent at Viacom18 Motion Pictures, where she successfully led the content and production teams.

In 2017–2018, she completed the INSEAD Leadership Program for Senior Executives, after which she leveraged her vast experience and industry insights to embark on an entrepreneurial journey as a Partner at Matchbox Shots a boutique production company renowned for curating and delivering premium content to screen.
