Renu Arora is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, motivational speaker, and social media influencer with a distinguished career spanning over two decades. A proud India Book of Records holder, she brings a unique blend of financial expertise, leadership, and inspirational guIdance to her work. She joined the JCBL Group in April 2022 as Director and was conferred with an Honorary Doctorate by the University of Asia in 2018.

Recognized for her governance expertise, she was certified as an Independent Director by the World’s Director Institute in 2023. Renu has also held key leadership roles, including Finance Secretary (2015–2017) and Joint Secretary (2017) of the Punjab UnaIded Technical Institutions Association, later being elected as Head of its Legal Cell in 2018.
