Dr. Asha Bhatia is the Dean of Research and Doctoral Programs at Universal AI University, Mumbai, where she has fostered a culture of academic excellence and impactful research. With over two decades of experience as an academician, researcher, ESG expert, and mentor, she serves on the Board of Directors of SIFE India and chairs the ENACTUS Global Faculty Research Network.

A dual MBA graduate in Human Resource Management and Finance, Dr. Bhatia also holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies. Her academic work spans over 78 publications, including research papers, case studies, and books. She has presented her research at international conferences in the UAE, China, Singapore, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Kazakhstan, and Australia. Dr. Bhatia is also a member of the International Panel of Sustainability Experts.
