Prasad Routray is an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, holding leadership positions in the Telecommunication and Financial Services arms of Bharti Airtel Group. He was an Executive Committee member of Airtel Payments Bank and serves as an Independent Advisory Board member for several startups. He is also an active angel investor and mentor to startups.

Currently, he is the Co-founder of Zyvka Global Services, an HRTech-EdTech marketplace startup operating in four geographies. Zyvka is a deep-tech player in the human capital supply chain, bridging the supply and demand needs of the emerging workforce. In just three years, the company has partnered with 400+ organizations and served 500+ clients, positioning itself as a startup to watch.
