Peter Monteza is the Founder and CEO of MyARC, a venture-backed startup empowering fitness creators to train their fans at scale. Without any marketing spend, MyARC scaled to 7-figure+ revenue, attracting notable investors including Morgan Stanley, a Tier 1 US investor, and the world-renowned accelerator Techstars. The platform has taken creators from minimum wage to six-figure incomes while transforming the lives of thousands worldwIde helping users overcome obesity, reverse diabetes, and even support a breast cancer survivor in gaining muscle for the first time.

Before launching MyARC, Peter earned his Master’s in Management Science from UCL and competed as a national-level athlete. His personal journey from obesity to becoming a national runner in just two years fuels his passion for fitness, which he credits with saving his life.
