Pallavi Menon is a dynamic social impact leader with over a decade of experience in fundraising and strategic development for NGOs working with marginalized communities. As Deputy Director - Development at Transform Schools, she secured over INR 40 crore in funding, expanding the organization’s reach from 5.1 million to 9.8 million students in two years.

She led Transform Schools to win its largest ₹24 crore World Bank contract to improve teacher development in Tripura and raised funds from several renowned CSR donors, institutional funders, and HNIs. She is committed to ensuring that every child realizes their full potential in school and life.

Previously, she held leadership roles at Jan Sahas and Teach For India, mobilizing investments for education equity and gender justice. She is passionate about creating access to education, opportunities, and life outcomes that break cycles of disadvantage.
