Born in rural Philippines to a Sri Lankan father and Filipina mother, Josh discovered early on that city life suited him. Initially aspiring to be a broadcaster, his interests shifted to science after results from the national aptitude test guIded him toward understanding human potential.

He pursued a BS in Physical Therapy at the University of the Philippines Manila, the country’s national university, focusing on the human body, movement, and maximizing human potential. After graduation, Josh embarked on a career that positioned him among the country’s leading physiotherapists.

Having been interviewed by CNN Philippines as a trusted voice in local healthcare, Josh experienced a full-circle moment from a child dreaming of broadcasting to a healthcare expert shaping the conversation on national platforms.
