Eunice Adjei is an economist and educator-turned-social entrepreneur with a decade of university teaching experience in Ghana, where she earned recognition for student mentorship. Her passion for social justice led her to establish a foundation provIding vocational training and seed capital to impoverished single mothers.

After earning an M.A. in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University, she worked with the Brandeis Educational Justice Initiative and Suffolk County Sheriff's Department on prisoner rehabilitation programs focused on reducing recIdivism.

Currently pursuing Higher Education and Student Development at Taylor University, Eunice continues her mission to transform lives through education - particularly helping formerly incarcerated indivIduals access higher education and achieve their full potential.
