She is a Senior Consultant Pathologist and Lab Director with over 25 years of experience. Joining Alchemist Hospital at its inception, she led Alchemist Lab to become the first NABL-accredited private lab in Panchkula. A Quality Improvement Champion, she blends clinical expertise with strong management ethics.

Previously, she served as Professor and HOD at National Dental College, Derabassi, SAS Nagar, for 12 years. She has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences as a delegate, faculty, and guest speaker.

She holds life memberships in IAPM, IAC, and APP, and serves as Area Executive Member for Panchkula District, APP Haryana. A certified NABL assessor by the Quality Council of India, she is known for motivating teams to uphold high standards of service. Her mantra is “To improve daily with ethics and empathy.”
