Dr. Grish Mohan Gupta, a renowned MSME entrepreneur, innovator, environmentalist, and philanthropist, has received two National Awards from the PresIdent of India and nine other national honors. A Mechanical Engineer from AMU, Dr. Gupta’s career spans over 40 years, including 19 years at DCM Ltd. and a prestigious assignment in the USA. Returning to India in 1982, he founded Global Engineers Limited and pioneered the indigenous manufacturing of Punched Tape Concertina Coil, a vital product for India's defense.

Dr. Gupta has made significant contributions, including developing automatic coach painting plants for Indian Railways and indigenizing explosives and propellants for Ordnance Factories. At 83, he is establishing an indigenous facility at Jhansi Defence CorrIdor. Through his efforts, he has saved millions in foreign exchange, contributed significantly to India’s economy, and created thousands of jobs.
