Dr. Gary Mangiofico is an executive professor of leadership at Pepperdine University, recognized as a strategic thought leader and a role model for change. In 2022, he received the Outstanding Leadership in Education Award. His accolades include the Award of Excellence from the AFI Foundation (2020) and the Organization Development Network’s Award of Service for servant leadership (2020).

In 2019, Dr. Mangiofico received the Graziadio Business School Aspire Teaching Award, and in 2018, he was named the Honorary Associate Fellow for the Taos Institute. He also received the Strategic Leadership Award at the World HRD & Development Congress (2012) and a “Special Congressional Commendation” for Outstanding Leadership in social innovation.

Dr. Mangiofico has earned numerous leadership awards at local, state, and federal levels throughout his career.
