Dr. Arindam Mandal is an experienced professional with 28 years of demonstrated expertise in the Finance Department across multiple industries. He is skilled in Corporate Finance, Accounts, People Management, Policies & Procedures Development, Purchase, Taxation, Internal Audit, Administration, and Strategic Human Resources. He holds an MBA with dual specializations in Banking & Financial Services Management and Human Resource Management from IIBM, Delhi, and is a Certified Future Ready CFO from IIM Indore. He graduated with an Accountancy Honours degree from Calcutta University, complemented by several leadership certifications, and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Finance & Management from WPUNU. He is also an active National Member of the World Human Rights Protection Commission and a POSH Practitioner.

Dr. Mandal has been recognized with the prestigious award of “The Most Promising CFO of the Year – 2023”. He has also completed the Masterclass for Directors from the Institute of Directors (IOD) and earned the title of ‘Certified Corporate Director.’

Currently, he serves as Director – India, heading the Finance, HR, and Administration functions, as well as acting as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Bridgetree, India. He is a Life Member of the Institute of Directors and an alumnus of IIM Indore.
