His remarkable journey began with a 35-year military career specializing in Radiodiagnosis and Imaging, where he trained young professionals in compassion, leadership, and research. After transitioning to civilian life, he served as Dean of Dr. D.Y. Patil Medical College and later as University Vice Chancellor.

Currently serving as CEO & Principal Director, Dr. Singh has been instrumental in transforming DYPMC into a premier medical institution, championing excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care throughout his illustrious career.
