Bio
Stuti Bhatt is a Dentist with an MBA in HR, who went on to become an Associate Product Manager with a Global Dental company. Following this, she continued her career as a Product Manager, Business Strategy manager, HR manager, Business Director and a Brand Director for an Indian luxury FMCG startup. The business reached profitability within 1.5 years. She is currently a growth enabler, being a Founder's staff at an Indian Defence startup which develops simulators, advanced signal processing and microwave systems. With her internship at Colgate Global Business Services and her first career break, she managed to gather corporate experience. However, she thrives in a fast-growing, agile, challenging environment, with autonomy and confidence to lead.
She is passionately inclined towards music, creativity, content and impactful solutions. Her aim is to become a growth accelerator for start-ups and growing companies.
Bringing nearly eight years of versatile experience, she has demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborations, and has provided effective coaching and guidance. She drives significant process improvements aligned with business objectives, with proven success in end-to-end product lifecycle management, from initial concept to successful launch, with a focus on prioritizing features based on strategic goals and customer value. Her expertise lies in identifying and rectifying business inefficiencies, analyzing competitive environments, and developing business strategies to leverage emerging opportunities. Additionally, she has expertise in leading brand communications, creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to meet customer needs, managing human resources and procurements, enhancing user experience, and establishing the company as a leader in the industry.
