Bio
Spiro Haxhi is a seasoned mechanical engineer, researcher, and thought leader whose career spans over five decades. Born on December 7, 1944, in an Eastern European nation shaped by the challenges of rebuilding after World War II, Spiro developed an early passion for precision and innovation. In 1967, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering a foundation that would support his diversified professional journey across roles as an inspector, manager, and pioneering researcher.
Throughout his career, Spiro has been dedicated to unraveling one of the more elusive scientific challenges: the mathematical definition of quality. For over 40 years, his work has pushed the boundaries of conventional thought in quality quantification, inspiring a conceptual revolution that bridges the technical, social, and economic dimensions of quality. His seminal publications including Quality Quantification Theory (2010), (The Wellbeing System Theory), and Quality and General Welfare Codification (2014), Promote General Welfare Political Economic System (2018) and Change Governing System (2023) reflect his enduring commitment to redefining how quality and general welfare are understood and measured.
Now based in the United States for 30 years, after immigrating during the transformative period following the collapse of a socialist system, Spiro currently as a founder of the Save Humanity Solution Inc. in Chicago, works to test his theory by building a “Humanist Governing System” in Albania & USA and implement it globally”
