Anum Mir is a dynamic entrepreneur and corporate leader, currently serving as the CEO of YOLO Pret and Director of CSR & Employee Welfare at T.M. Group of Companies. In 2023, she launched YOLO Pret with a vision to make stylish, ready-to-wear fashion affordable for the masses a mission that has quickly gained national and international recognition.
In parallel, Anum leads impactful social responsibility initiatives at T.M. Group, with a strong focus on women's empowerment, employee welfare, and inclusive workplace practices. Under her leadership, T.M. Rubber became the first engineering firm in the rubber/ Automobile in the region to increase its female workforce to 35%, setting a benchmark for gender diversity in male-dominated sectors.
Anum's extensive career spans over a decade in human resources and administration across various business entities under T.M. Group. She has been instrumental in integrating corporate cultures, developing HR policies, and fostering organizational growth. Prior to her corporate journey, she also served as a lecturer at UMT, teaching business and marketing disciplines.
A silver medalist with an MBA in Marketing and BBA in Finance from the Lahore School of Economics, Anum has earned numerous accolades including the Innovative Woman of the Year 2025 and Startup of the Year for YOLO Pret. Her recognitions from institutions such as AOTS Japan, the Government of Punjab, and various women empowerment platforms highlight her commitment to social impact and leadership excellence.
She is actively engaged in several social projects such as disaster management, education initiatives, gender-based violence prevention, and transgender empowerment. Through her business and advocacy efforts, Anum continues to be a powerful voice for inclusive growth, sustainable leadership, and meaningful change.
