Aditya Ganjapure is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Green Tiger Mobility Pvt. Ltd., one of India's most innovative EV retrofitting startups. At Green Tiger, Aditya leads the design, development, and deployment of ARAI and RTO-approved electric and hybrid retrofit solutions for two-wheelers a solution that's reshaping how India transitions to clean mobility without scrapping its existing vehicle base.
An alumnus of India's thriving engineering talent pool, Aditya began his entrepreneurial journey in 2015 by founding Lithos Motors Pvt. Ltd., an early mover in the electric two-wheeler space. Lithos was acquired in 2019, marking a significant milestone in his startup journey. Following this, Aditya served as Technical Head at multiple emerging EV startups, contributing to their product architecture and scaling their core technologies many of which are performing well in the market today.
Known for blending technical depth with practical scalability, Aditya holds multiple patents in EV components and power electronics..
