Michael Schreider is an accomplished educational leader with over 20 years of international experience, currently serving as Principal of ISG Dammam in Saudi Arabia, overseeing K-12 operations for 838 students. Guided by his “High Expectations, High Support” philosophy, he implements strategic initiatives that enhance learning, well-being, and school culture.

Michael’s career spans leadership roles across Canada, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia, including pioneering programs like Deep Learning and the Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, leading accreditations, and improving enrollment outcomes. Educated at Harvard, Queen’s University, and University of Ottawa, he combines academic rigor with practical leadership.
