Kayley A. Taggart is a clinical productivity specialist with over 15 years of NHS experience, provIding and leading operational services and efficiency improvements. She specialises in productivity enhancement, outpatient transformation, developing sustainable improvement teams, aligning business intelligence with operational needs, and collaborating with Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships (STPs).

In 2020, Kayley founded Productive Partners, a team of clinical efficiency specialists working with hospitals and systems to optimise clinical capacity. The team integrates with existing project management structures to implement rapId efficiencies and long-term, sustainable solutions.
